This dress is made with three, fun and whimsical Dr. Seuss inspired prints. The sleeves are a jumbo grinch green polka dot and the bodice is made with a Who print and some grinch stripes.
The Cindy Lou can be made in sizes 12 months-4T. I can make it in larger sizes for an additional cost as those sizes require more fabric.
Also comes with a set of grinch bows! Only one pictured, but you'll get 2, perfect for pigtails.
